Rexroth Website

The new MVP of the Bosch Rexroth landing page was launched in efforts to enhance the product finder, easier navigation with fewer clicks.

Challenge
The challenge mainly was to understand the existing user and stakeholder needs and propose solutions that would enable the new website to have better user experience, navigation and fewer clicks to find a product.
Process
The project kick-off took place with a 5-day Design Sprint in which a new MVP prototype was created. In the sprint, parts of the website were dismantled and put together again by keeping the user needs in mind. Following the sprint, in the coming months UI elements were finalised and were handed over for development.
Another Design Sprint was followed up where new features were developed and different challenges were tackled.
Outcome
Everybody worked together to help make the website with fewer clicks, intuitive navigation and better UI elements to improve the overall user experience.
